    • Needs assessment and speaker recommendations.

    • Preparation of speaker introductions.
    • Selection and purchase of speaker gifts, certificates of appreciation, etc.
    • Thank you letters and follow-up correspondence.


  3. Promotional Brochure
    • Composition, design, layout, printing of program brochure and registration materials.


  4. Registration
    • Composition, printing and mailing of registration acknowledgments; recording of checks, development and preparation of financial reports; billing for unpaid or incorrect registration fees.
    • Input registration information (can be customized to include attendee profile fields); track special meal requests, VIP's, attendance at selected options or other special information within the event.
    • Monitor counts and anticipated attendance, adjust with facility as needed, report to client as requested.
    • Provide customized registration reports; customized name badges.
    • Oversee printing and collection of tickets for ticketed events.
    • On Site Service.
    • Provide professional, experienced staff at registration desk.
    • Serve as liaison to conference facility for food and beverage planning, breaks, room set-ups, speaker needs and VIP attention.
    • Prepare, print, collate handout materials; prepare handout kits for distribution at registration desk.
    • Compose, layout, design, printing and distribution of conference program.
    • Review of all bills incurred in connection with the conference.
